There is one new addition and some enhancements with RadarLab HD Version 1.0 Revision 17. All the changes in this release can be found in here.
The major addition to Revision 17 is a Winter Mask Check Box. This is located just above the "Filter Radar" button. When this check box is selected, a winter precipitation mask will be applied to the radar image. This will show areas of possible mixed and/or snow precipitation and is very similar to the winter mosaic radar images we provide. The Winter Mask can only be displayed on the Reflectivity radar images.
Other enhancements:
1. When a new radar site is loaded, RadarLab HD will now check to see if the radar data is older than 45 minutes. If it is, then the user is prompted with this information. This should help users become aware of radar sites that might be down for maintenance.
2. A print button has now been added to the Watches, Warnings and Advisories window. This will allow users to print any of the watches or warning for their record keeping.
3. The winter mosaic radar image is now displayed when the "Change Sites" button is pressed. This replaces the normal mosaic image.
4. A code change was made so that all Longitude points that are added either in the Custom Locations or Alarm Settings pages are saved with a negative value.

In the custom locations settings it would be a nice feature to be able to toggle on or off certain longitude/latitude locations with a checkbox to avoid a little clutter when some locations are relatively close to each other while trying to view from a zoomed out view.

Is there a way to display more than 10 custom locations? I am the regional manager in charge of over 30 point sites and forecast locations. I spend the first hour of my shift typing in locations for metwatch purposes. It would be a tremendous help to be able to add more sites. Thanks.
