It is possible to use WeatherTAP to add local weather to your own website. We make a "sticker" available that can be placed on any web page. It looks something like this:

Several styles are available including....

and

To Add these stickers to your web page simply insert an <IMG> tag with the SRC attribute set to one of the special URLs.
For example, to get a sticker like the first one, cut and paste the following code into the HTML of your web page:
for the second style of sticker, insert this code:
or for the third style, use this:
Change 'station=KCSV' to station='XXXX' where XXXX is the identifier of the closest observation station. Alternatively, if you do not know the station ID, remove the 'station=CSV' text completely and replace it with 'zipcode=12345' where '12345' is the 5-digit zipcode of the city or county that you want local conditions for.
Using this technique, vistors to your website can instantly see what the current conditions are in your area. We hope you find this feature useful

Hey Rob,
Thanks for the stickers! I've placed one on both my personal and forecasting blog. They look great. One thing however, I chose to use the second version and I when I inserted it, I noticed that when I changed the KCSV to KGFK, it didn't display the "city, state" correctly. I changed it to not include the "K" and it worked fine. So, you may need to adjust the code in the first and second versions to include the three-letter identifier and the not the four. The third version seems to already be set up correctly.
Thanks again! Looks great!

Hey.. I hate to bring up the M word, but can you do some that are optimized for Myspace? Myspace does not handle scripting very well. Maybe theres a way to do it with an embed code instead of script?
Thanks for all your hard work.

You can probably get it to work by making MySpace think that it is a simply, static graphic. You can do that by calling setting the IMG SRC to http://www.weathertap.com/sticker.gif. I've revised the original post to reflect this new calling convention. Try that and let me know.

Since we have multiple office locations I would like to insert a "Weather Page" showing each office location. How is this (or is this)possible? If nothing else I would like to show a minimum of two locations; i.e., Cleveland, Ohio area and Cocoa Beach, FL area. What staion codes do we need to add? Thanks for your assistence.

Shouldn't be a problem to add multiple locations. Just insert multiple tags substituting the appropriate station codes for each.
Clevlend="CLE", Cocoa Beach="TTS"

What happened to My Radar Lab with my personal geo-coded locations? I found this to be very useful for predicting sorm arrivals.

It hasn't gone anywhere. It's still part of the old RadarLab classic as well as the new RadarLab HD. In HD you can access the locations by pressing the Settings button then clicking on the Custom Locations tab.
