New radar selection maps

One of our in-house artists took the liberty of redesigning some of the static maps used to select state and local radar sites. Although it's just a change of decoration, we think the new maps will be a hit.

More to come soon... we'll be updating all the image maps sitewide, and we've set a goal of changing the masthead each week to reflect the seasons, for those familiar with the subtle style changes per issue similar on A List Apart by renowned designer and web standards guru Jeffrey Zeldman.
